Steps To Switch
Port Your Existing Phone #
This process takes 7 to 10 business days to complete. While this is underway, you continue with all the remaining steps. There will be ZERO down time during the switch. Your original number will ALWAYS work during the process for your clients.
Create Extensions
The owner, the co-owner, the asst. manager, each employee if you want.
Voicemail
Each person with an extension will record their voicemail message or you can use our built-in AI voice generated responses.
Create your Menu (IVR)
You can create your menu and routing such as Press 1 for store hours and location, press 2 to book an appointment, press 3 for billing or membership questions, press 0 for the operator.
Special Announcements
You can also set up special messages for emergencies such as bad weather or unexpected closures.
On-Hold Announcements
You can create special message loops to tell your customers about monthly specials or promotions while they wait to speak to an employee.
Set up Company Hours & Holidays
You can create special messages that only play on certain holidays responsive to your business operating hours. For example, if your business closes at 8PM, you can have a completely different message & menu system that plays when you're open vs when you're closed.
